I am a highly experienced art director and creative director for luxury fashion and beauty photographic multi channel content. I have extensive experience in model casting, as well as assembling shoot teams of photographers, stylist, MUA and hair stylists. I have art directed numerous model shoots both in studio and on location covering a very wide variety of creative treatments in both London and New York.

As Head of Creative at Space.NK.apothecary, I art directed and creatively directed a succession of successful makeup launches and campaigns featured in both the UK and US, for both bricks and mortar and online channels. These campaigns underpinned significant growth in the makeup category for the business, which grew to the largest individual product department as a result. I have extensive experience in art direction and creative direction of beauty stills photography. I have worked with a number of highly skilled and talented photographers on projects featuring products from across the beauty spectrum. The images have featured internationally across window displays, print and digital campaigns.

I began my visual merchandising career back in 1990 and have worked for some truly iconic British brands including The White Company, Space.NK.apothecary, Dr Martens and Laura Ashley. My designs for window and instore displays have been featured across the UK and US as well as in Europe and China.

I have extensive experience in product visual merchandising across a broad spectrum of product departments including fashion, homewares and interiors, beauty and children’s wear, in store formats varying from boutique to flagship.

I have been responsible for the design and roll out of stores for brands including The White Company, Space.NK.apothecary and Dr Martens. This includes both boutique and large format flagship models. My experience covers all aspects of the design from fixturing to layouts, specification of materials and lighting to unique design installations and sourcing of antique props . I have worked with design agencies based in the UK, New York and Europe on store formats in the UK, US, China, Europe and the UAE.

Alongside my store design experience I also offer a domestic interior design service. I have refurbished a selection of properties including a Grade II listed thatched cottage as well as created and dressed interior schemes for private clients, proposing colour schemes, material specifications and finishes as well as sourcing antique and modern furniture, lighting and textiles.

I have creatively directed and styled brand launch events, pop up stores and press launches for brands in London, Paris and New York, covering set design, lighting and floristry. I have also designed and styled trade stands and customer facing experiential spaces in both the UK, Italy, France and Germany.
